WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely horrible customer service. Attendant did not improve customer service until she saw me writing down email to contact owner. I bought 2 groupon's but will not be returning to use the 2nd one bought.

Excellent service

Paul, our service tech, did a great job. He was able to service our doors quickly and when he finished gave us a few tips for future use. He even reprogrammed our key pads. We have used OHD of Atlanta for several years and will continue to do so. They provide superb service and very efficient.

Excellent food...horrible service

Food is consistently excellent and service is consistently horrible. Every time we good we always enjoy food, but there always seems to be a few servers who ruin the experience. We've complained about the servers,but nothing ever changes. At times it almost feels as if we are looked down upon....some what prejudice.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMEST

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE EVER AGAIN.!!!We purchased a sofa, loveseat and coffee table set-within 5 days the sofa felt worse than the one we gave away. It feels like we are sitting on the floor. 2 technicians have been out and we've paid for the furniture and we still have the same problem. We've been told we can't return the furniture. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Excellent service department-Honest Service Dpt.

I had problems with my air condition and every time I took my car to the service department they couldn't find the problem. I took the car back 4 times and they were unable to find the problem. They did not charge me for any of the visits. Finally I left it for 3 days until they found the problem. As a woman, I appreciated they did not just fix something and not the problem only to have me return with the same problem. Very honest service department...very rare.
