Easy and straight foward

I have found Amerisave to be easy and straight foward in thier dealings. This was our first home purchase and we had tons of questions and concerns and our Loan Advisor Karen was wonderful. She answered all of our questions quickly and was really helpful in making sure we understood and were comfortable with the whole loan process. She was always available to me when I had a question or concern. She helped us understand what we could afford to spend on a house, what we would need to do to get in that house and even gave us helpful information on what we should look for when choosing a Realtor. While we are now in the final stages of the loan process and still waiting to close I anticipate that the rest of the process will go as smoothly as the firt part. Amerisave helped get our family into our very own home and they made it easy to understand and really took some of the scare out of the process for us. Overall I would recommend Amerisave to anyone looking to buy a home. They told us about all the different loan options available to us, kept us updated throughout the process on interest rates and what needed to be done as far as inspections and appraisals. They really made us feel comfortable and in control of what was going on with the entire process. I am very glad that I chose Amerisave to go through to purchase my home!
