Well qualified and helpful
I had been dealing with a home warranty plumber (A Total) and after repeated visits they were unable to fix the problem and recommended a costly removal of my HVAC duct work so they could access a mystery plumbing leak. I called Fulton Plumbing and HVAC to get an estimate on removal of the duct work and they insisted on sending out a plumber to confirm the situation (at their cost). As it turned out they unqualified plumbers my warranty company sent out had put the wrong fittings in the shower knob stems. The fix was simple, but the fact that this company could identify the exact problem and repair it in less than 30 minutes attests that they are qualified to do the work they are being employed to do. Also, I was very impressed that they were willing to eat their visit charge if they determined that the HVAC did indeed have to be removed - very nice. The only downside was how expensive the job appeared to be. I know they use pricing books, but the cost seemed a little high for the amount of work done. Regardless of the cost, it got fixed and fixed right and that's what mattered to me after all the trouble I had to go through to get it not fixed by the other company.

Unqualified Plumbers
This company contracts with my home warranty company, AHS. I had 3 separate visits. During the first visit a large hole was cut in the ceiling below a leaky shower to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be the stems on the hot/cold water. Still leaking. The second visit the tech assured me that he was 100% certain it was the caulking around the shower knobs, but he couldn't caulk them, so I did. Still leaking. Master plumber came out. Cut another hole in the wall, and wanted to cut a 3rd, but I stopped him when I realized the vanity in an adjacent bathroom would provide the necessary access. He said I needed to have the HVAC removed so they could access the plumbing (not covered by home warranty). I called Fulton Plumbing & HVAC to estimate the removal of the duct work. They came out to inspect the plumbing problem first and determined that the stems installed were wrong and that the HVAC did not need to be removed and indicated that there was no reason to put holes in my walls. Fulton Plubming & HVAC fixed the problem in about 30 minutes.
If reckon that if the master plumber for this company was stumped by such a simple problem, you'd be well advised to look elsewhere. I recommend Fulton Plumbing and HVAC. Somewhat pricey, but good at what they do.

Great sales folks, quality product (so far)
Had 23 windows replaced by these guys. The salesman (mike) was quite knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They ordered the product and the windows were available in about a week (local window company - master windows?). They were there the next day and installed all 23 windows in one day! The only complaint I might have is that they didn't do a stellar job cleaning up after themselves (wood chips and work materials on driveway, patio, etc). They are priced competitively and they do quality work. Waiting for some follow-up with their office on a couple items, so I'll update my post when I have more info on their ability to follow-up.
