Not Satisfied - poor communication
Brandon Lagace was sales rep. Seemed nice and knowledgeable during initial visit to give estimate for roof repairs.
I faxed the signed quote 10/7 but never received a call from Hicks to schedule appt. I called Brandon back twice, both time he said somebody would call back next day but nobody ever did. As of 10/19, I still didn't have an appt so I called Hicks to cancel my work order.
I felt once Brandon figured out my repair wasn't a big dollar job (i.e. new roof) he lost interest.
