Excellent doctor and staff

After going through 3 different surgery-happy urologists with no social skils, I am thankful for Dr. Cornell and his treatment of my kidney stone. I spent a week going from doctor to doctor and was getting very frustrated how insensitive and "knife-happy" these doctors were. On a Friday afternoon, after 5:00, I came across Dr. Cornell's reviews and emailed him right away. To my surprise, he emailed me back and kept in contact through the weekend to check in. Coming in on his morning off, he scheduled me first thing Monday morning. Needless to say, I never needed surgery and my stone finally passed. During this process, he was very sympathetic and professsional and does not rush into the surgery option. His staff is very friendly and make every attempt to keep you comfortable.
