We have used them for 2 years

We moved into a house that was totally re-done and had not been lived in for 2 years. We had lots of bugs and could not get rid of them. Finally we got Arrow to come in and they did a great job. They come every 4 months and even is bugs get in and are usually dead or dying by the time we see them. They also do our termite bond as well. Very personalized care!!

Stay away from this company

I called today to get a quote over the phone to replace my rotors on front wheels and Steve would not give me a quote over the phone. I called many other places and they would give me a quote over the phone. This company is known for taking advantage of customers so STAY AWAY!!! Steve kept insisting for me to come in and they will give me a quote and a way for them to take advantage of me.

A great security company

I have been with Ackerman for 1 year. They have been a top notch company and a great quality for the price. They respond to alarm within a minute or less. I love them and would tell anyone about their quality and affordability!!

Decent experience

I used him over a year ago. We moved into our house and found we had unwanted visitors. I heard about him through Ace Hardware. He was helpful, although thought he was priced high at the time. He had to come back 4 times to our house, because the roof rats kept coming back. He did not charge us and we have not seen the rats for almost a year after he last left. We also cut back some of the trees to limit their access to our attic. He didn't always remember who I was when called but then would come within a couple days/week of calling and sometimes would forget to call back. Overall good job just wished the rats would have been rid of the 1st time he came.

Not very impressed at all with this Tree company

We needed to get some limbs removed from around the house and a tree in the back yard. This company did their work quickly but also poor work. They didn't remove all the limbs from around the house. Also, they were going to remove a tree in the back yard and they only removed the branches and left a large ugly stump that is half the tree. I was very dissatisfied with them and would NOT tell anyone to use them either. They were also very over priced, I later found out $1,300 for this work and they didn't even remove the tree they were supposed to. They also put pressure on you saying, "we are in the neighborhood now and if we have to come back the price might go up". A respectable company would follow through with their promises and do the task that they said they would.
