Not sure who is writing these 5 star reviews...

I had Arnold & Sons do a few things at my house. Their work was mediocre at best. The grout in my kitchen tile is cracking already (within the first couple months of install). I asked Bion to put something over my brand new granite countertops when grouting backsplash, he said he would but didn't and left grout all over the countertops, on my brand new cabinets and grout water dripping down my brand new $1000 dishwasher which ended up rusting in spots. Though Bion does decent trim work, Tim (who no longer works there) did a bunch of trimwork that was AWFUL and they just caulk all the gaps, that was their response when I showed them the awful trimwork, "Caulk hides everything". There were a few occasions where they would be hours late and would not call or answer their cells. The price was fair but I guess you get what you pay for. Bion also did not cut under our door jam when tiling the kitchen floor. When asked what he was going to do there, he said he would put shoe moulding??? In a door jam??? Tim was a typical arrogant salesman, who I'm beginning to think was the one who wrote all these five star reviews, but like I said he no longer works there. Would NEVER use this company again!!!!!
