Horrible Customer Service

What ever happened to customer service? When I arrived at the store they had a sign on the door stating they would be returning 5 minutes previous to the current time. As I walked back to my car a car pulled in, so I waited assuming it may be an employee. He got out of his car with his lunch and asked me "what I wanted". How is that for first impressions? Even after entering the store it seemed as though I was really inconveniencing him to take the time to show me a set of gas logs. After asking several questions and being given rather abrupt answers I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
