Wonderful agent

We moved out Atlanta and tried to sell our house with another agent for more than half year, no success. We switched to Robert after reading reviews in Kudzu. The reviews are right! We got very reasonable offer within 10 days and sold our house within 2 months. Robert is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He advertise our house nicely (very nice photos taken by professional photographer). After we got offer, he helped negotiating on our behalf and guide us every steps towards to closing. He communicates with buyers side politely and efficiently. I'm so happy that I found him! I honestly think even if we got this offer with our old agent, the deal would have not gone through. I'm going to sell my another rental house with him. If you want to sell your house, definitely call Robert!
