There was a scheduling glitch with our first appointment when he got stranded in rural Georgia with unavoidable car troubles, but he made sure to get me fit in the next day. Once on the job he was attentive and quick. He also ignored his phone, which I was amazed at, as many repairmen will answer take calls, thus lengthening your appointment and, possibly your time away from work.
