Wizard Lock & Key

Professional courteous service

Bruce form Wizard answered my call, and arrived on time as quoted. He has easy to follow pricing that is availabe up fornt on his website before I even had him arrive, a feature I really appreciate. He was professional, courteous, and did a quality installation for my home that needed to be re-keyed so all cylinders used the same key and installed a new dead bolt for me at my request.

Excellent service but overpriced and not discussed

I was able to reach JI plumbing quickly and schedule with him after he told me there would be a $48 service fee. After reviewing my needs he made a suggestion that I agreed with as to work to be performed, fairly easy job adjusting some fitting to prevent the small leak that was occurring on my soft water loop. No additional fee was discussed at any time, and he never disclosed that eh would nto be applying the service fee to the order. When he was done about 30 minutes later I was shocked to learn that the simple adjustment cost $127.50. The only materials used i the process was some plumbing tape, his knowledge and some labor. No parts. He handed me the bill and it clearly shows tha servioce call at $42.50, with an additional $85 for less than 30 minutes worth of work. My suggestion to you is that you make sure and ask up front if the service call will be applied ot the work performed, what his hourly rate is for labor, and before moving forward get an estimate form him.

Snipping his neck not included with haircut

I took my 5 year old son to get a haircut today. He is not a wiggler, he sits very still, and is very good with haircuts, never an issue. I have taken him here before, but it appears that this location has been taken over by Snip-its corporate from the last franchise owner. I walked in and no one else was there. Two stylists available. Melissa sat my son down and began cutting his hair. He is not a figgiter, or a squirmer, he is very gentle, and just sat and watched the movie they were playing for him. As she proceeded the other young lady asked if she could grab a bite, and went in back to eat. Mellissa proceeded with the haircut and another guest arrived. She asked if they had been in before and could they sign in please. Then a few minutes later another guest arrived. She again welcomed them and asked them to sign in. At this point she began to hurry as she now had two more guests waiting and she apparently did not want to call out her colleague who was taking a quick break. It was then I noticed my son flinched, and a look of panic filled his eyes as the tears rolled out, and he quietly cried. Melissa looked at his neck and then at me and said "Oh, I really got him." She then went to the back room to get some ointment and a band aide, and she began to rub the ointment into his wound with her finger. I asked her to stop as I did not want whatever bacteria could be on her fingers to be rubbed into his wound and we proceeded to leave. I ended up taking my son to the

Tempe Kia

Purchased 2009 Kia Optima LX

I purchased a 2009 Kia optima LX at Kia Tempe after seeing hteir advertisement. I traded in a 1998 Toyota Sienna minivan and had a pretty good idea of what the trde was worth having visited Edmunds.com prior to my purchase. I got what I was looking for on trade and they were selling bran new Kia Optima LX with AT, A/C power everything for $14,585. KC helped me with my purchase and they were very courteous, straight forward, and did nto play any of the usual games where they bring in the manager to help close the deal. The only reason they did not score higher is becasue the process took form 9:30 am until 2 PM before I was back at my house. If a dealer can figure out how to speed up the process after the deal is arrived at, and cut the waiting down to 30 minutes they will get all my business and I will pay mroe.
