When we got a quote from Reliable Heating And Air, I was impressed how professional the representative was. Their quote was also quite competitive. We made an appointment with them to start the work on replacing our furnace with a new 95% Trane furnace. The two guys that came to work, Mike G and Chris, were friendly and fast at getting the job done. They kept me posted throughout the process.
UPDATE: So the night the furnace was installed, we heard some noises that didn't sound right. I called Reliable and described the noises but they said they were normal. The next day I saw a pool of water underneath the furnace, so I called them again. A couple of days later they sent someone. It turns out it had been installed wrong. They sent out the installers again to correct it. But the temperature continued to drop. So we called Reliable again and the sent someone out right away. He explained to us that the motor was broken. The next day another technician came out to fix it but it turned out that it wasn't the motor, but he couldn't figure out what it was. The next day the same guy came back with a Trane tech guy. The Trane tech finally figured out was wrong. Because it had been installed wrong the water couldn't be expelled and so flooded the system. Reliable replaced it with a whole new furnace, and all is good now. And we have heat! :) Even though we had this hiccup, I would still recommend them 100%, because they were very polite and reasonable throughout the whole process.
