Phil came by on time and gave us a great estimate. No need for a 2 hour presentation like some gutter companies. Within a few days the installation was underway. A few hour later all was complete. They respected my property and my time.

My wife called to have our electric oven repaired after the keypad went dark. She explained the error code and the make of our oven only to be told it would cost at least $600 to repair.We were then able to make an informed decision on replacing it instead. It is almost unheard of that a company would tell you what you need to know without trying to get your business by using pressure tactics once they are in your home. I would recommend them to anyone after being treated so fairly and with such respect.

These guys go above and beyond the call of duty. I have used them on two separate occasions and both times they have beaten the compation on estimates and quality of service.

Honest and Professional Septic Tank Care

We called Gary to set up an appointment after experiencing issues with our toilets that led us to our septic tank. When Nick arrived he quickly located and uncovered our tank. We were loath to discover that our tank had not been properly serviced before we had purchased this home as per our purchase agreement. Due to to the lack of integrity of the previous company who had been called, we were now facing a much more expensive job. The flat rate would no longer have applied in our circumstance but Nick stuck to his word and showed us the issues, warned us about another potential problem and then completed the service after making sure the system worked properly before leaving. We will definitely use this company again because we know that they are not only fair, they are honest, professional reliable and knowledgeable.

We had Mad Hatter install a Wittus wood burning stove, our first ever and they not only did a great job, they were considerate and respectful of our time and our home which we really appreciated. They will be the ones we call for service.
