A Gutter Pro

Gutters are clean but BEWARE!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but my experience with this company began May 8, after 3 attempts to schedule gutter cleaning and pressure washing service - finally, 2 days later I was put on the books for Saturday, May 25. Two young men showed up unannounced Thursday, May 23 to clean the gutters (yes, 2 days earlier than I had expected). Gutters were indeed thoroughly cleaned but the mess left behind was a disaster! I wouldn't be writing this review if they had returned this past Saturday as originally scheduled to clean the house (siding, windows, patios, outdoor furniture, etc.). I spoke w/ a young man Thursday afternoon who committed to returning my call within a few minutes - never called, I left another voice mail Thursday evening, again Friday morning and Friday evening and once more Saturday morning (yes, 4 different voice mails) to determine when the team would be returning to complete the job Saturday. NO RESPONSE, NO SHOW and I'm left with a filthy house, patios and furniture for Memorial Day as a result of the mess they blew out of my gutters. At a minimum, the team should have rinsed everything (similar to Atlanta's best gutters) vs. letting the filth bake into my siding, trim work, furniture, etc. and not following through on their commitment. Needless to say, I'm disappointed - and as I always say, these deals will either make or break a company and clearly in this case A gutter pro will quickly loose their reputation by not meeting expectations.

Superior Painting

Great in the Beginning,...

Had a house built by this company but had floor issues that were never corrected. After a year of promises of fixing the floors it never happened. Actually caught the builder in a couple of lies. It was really sad as they do great work, but just make sure you do not pay in full until they do everything they promised.
