Exceeded Expectations!

Having had mixed success with redeeming deal offers, I was pleasantly surprised today. Mr. McNabb arrived on time, and was very friendly and courteous. He did an efficient check of the system, changed the filter, and made recommendations which will help me plan for future maintenance. I would recommend Arctic Blast to anyone.

Outstanding Service!

Glenn arrived on time for our appointment, and after exchanging a few pleasantries, quickly got to work. He cleaned the gutters in less time than estimated, and for the amount quoted. He left the work areas very clean with no signs of debris. I had another small job (table repair), that I had not discussed over the phone with him. Although he was more than welcome to take the table and return it another day, he had the necessary tools on hand, and took the time to make the repairs during this visit. Glenn made suggestions on repairs and replacements I should consider next spring, but at no time did he resort to hard sell tactics. I would not hesitate to call EnviroClean again!

Exceptional Service!

After having experienced three cancellations with another company, I called Overhead Door last Saturday. The dispatcher was quite pleasant and informative. She promised to get someone out before end of day, and she did. The technician was very professional and courteous. He pointed out parts that needed replacement after 13 years of contant use. The repairs were made in timely fashion, and I now have a door that is quieter than it was when first installed. I will be calling Overhead Door again next year for maintenance, and will in the meantime, make as many referrals as possible. This has been the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory.

Door Repair

An acquaintance needed assistance with front door repair. I referred Mr. Kearny and he promptly followed up with her and with me and completed the repairs in a timely manner.
