God awful - Do not trust!
Ackerman did not respond at any time to actual alarms. When tested, alarms were received. When actual alarm went off no response from Ackerman at all. Cancelled due to Ackerman not fulfilling their end of the contract. Now they want hundreds $$$ more money for nothing.
Update!!! - In response to Ackerman's comments, There was no change in phone service whatsoever. This is a case where Ackerman would receive test alarms when I tested the system, but there were 3 actual alarms that they did NOT respond to. Ackerman tells me I need to talk to Tim O'Conner who I have left many messages with and he has not bothered to return the calls for nearly 3 weeks.
UPDATE!!! Finally reached Tom O'Conner who resolved the situation. Thank you Mr. O'Conner.
