Personal attention and detail oriented

Just had Tom Ford reroof our little house and detached garage and he as owner of the business was on site and doing work on our house. I was glad to see that since it gave me confidence and a feeling of his committment to the job. He was very fair in pricing and also up front on costs for replacing wood where necessary and coordinated with me ahead of time (no surprises come time to pay). The workmanship and finished results look great!

Attentive and quality service

I've used Lugo towice for adding circuits, grounding, and replacing GFI outlets and switches. He's been great at leaving no trace other than a finished job with great skill to get new wiring fished up into a wall from underneath the house rather than cutting into walls.

Great work and really worth talking to

We had several estimates to replace dry rotted sill plate and reinforce our floor where an old floor furnace used to be, in addition to repairing some cracks and seepage in the foundation walls. Larry's estimate and contract were fair in price and extremely detailed in defining work to be done, right down to specific parts and materials and techniques to be used. Work was started and finished on time and the crew did great, and Larry Teves was out a couple of times to walk me through the work being done and check on progress of his workers. I'm very pleased with the results!

Great job and price for our whole house!

We had Window Solutions replace all the old wood and aluminum windows on our older home last summer and their price was by far the best around for the Milgard line and the work was fast and competent and we've gone through several driving rains and David's recommendation to use the block insert windows in our existing wood frames was great, not a single leak anywhere!

Great upgrade job on older home!

We had ASI replace the old floor furnace and add central heat and air to our house last April. The install was very professional and neat and took only 2 days, easily passed inspection, and the system has been perfect through the hot La Mesa summer and the house is nice and toasty in the winter. The sizing and register locations were really well thought out by them and we've been delighted with their work and also their after sale follow up for questions and coming out pronto to fix a minor issue we had with a blocked condensate discharge line during the summer. And best of all the price was reasonable and we get $1500 credit on our taxes since the system qualifies for the energy improvement tax credit.
