Impressed by first impressions

I had what I thought was a slab leak. I contacted two companies, one being Aaron Plumbing (the other one apparently didn't need the business as they never called back). Tim showed up the same day and within the 3 hour time block. He was clean-cut and courteous. He confirmed that there was no slab leak and didn't charge anything for the visit. I also asked about another plumbing problem and he suggested that I needed to a pressure regulator valve. He kindly provided a balanced assessment of how essential it was to replace my old regulator. Throughout there no attempt to sell me services that I didn't need. When I am ready to replace my regulator valve, toilet, or other plumbing work, I will definitely call Aaron Plumbing again.

Outstanding Service and Value

We needed to replace our old AC unit. We had previously used another HVAC company, but a couple factors prompted us to get a quote from Casteel. Buck from Casteel provide a very competitive quote, answered all of our questions promptly, and even discovered a significant gas line leak. Honest Business with High Quality Services

We replaced our upstairs AC and downstairs furnace through Holtkamp. From estimate to installation, the whole experience was wonderful. Matthew Holtkamp provided us with a range of options without the industry usual sales pressure and followed-up after installation to make sure we were satisfied. We've since replaced our other furnace through Holtkamp. Afterwards, they inspected their own work, self-identified a minor code issue, and corrected it on their own. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and quality equipment and service, look no further.

Updated Review: Purchased gutter cleaning through Kudzu 50% promotion. Initially gave 1 star due to no contact from WHI in 3 wks. However, WHI finally contacted me and completed job same day (so rating increase to 3 stars). They may have been overly busy, but a little communication goes a long way. Would have considered high service rating if they cleaned up the gutter junk. Given promotion, value is 4 stars

Satisfied 1st-time Customer

We chose Zerorez based upon Kudzu reviews; so expectations were high. I must say that my expectations were met. The assigned tech showed up as scheduled, was professional and friendly, and the carpet was noticeably cleaner (almost like new) afterwards. He was also to remove several year-old stains from the upholstery of our kitchen chairs. Prices are on the steep side, but quality is high.

Excellent practitioner

In-office procedure was conducted competently, being both quick and virtually painless. Though I hope I remain healthy, therefore not needing to return, I will certainly return if needed.

Professional, Quality Work, Value

We needed to seal a foyer window leak, paint, and other small repairs to the exterior. We found Kimberly Contracting on Kudzu. After receiving quotes from them and another contractor, we went with Kimberly due to the value, price, and the professionalism conveyed by our project manager, Kevin. Workers completed the job in a timely fashion and were above-average courteous and professional. The work met/exceeded expectations. We expect to use them for future needs and would certainly recommend them to our friends.
