Sharper Impressions Painting

We signed a contract with Sharper Impressions and they were to begin work on our house on a Monday. When nobody showed up or called, I contacted the company only to find out that the Project Manager had left the company and they could not do the work in the timeline planned. The owner of the company, Geoff Sharp, made numerous excuses about his "high turnover" and "management team issues" and could not even follow through with basic commitments like calling me when he said he was going to. After several tense conversations, he "released us from our contract" by choice because he could not accommodate us in his schedule. Apparently he has so much business that he isn't willing to work with customers to satisfy them. If customer satisfaction is not a priority for him, I can only imagine how this would translate if you weren't happy with their work. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
