EMC is one of the good guys - very pleased!
I have had the service for about four months. As a new user, I managed to set the alarm off at least twice the first week. Each time, I experienced very fast and professional responses.
Before I met with Dave from EMC, I had met with a representative of a highly advertised local company. The difference was astounding! Dave was a gentleman, answered my questions and did not act as though I was as dumb as a door knob. How was the other guy? Well Iíll just say that I was unimpressed. PLUS, he wanted a check for $450 and a three year contract at $35 per month. I said no, and he left in a huff! TOUGH!
When EMC came out to install a wireless system to replace the old telephone based system, I was expecting to pay in the neighborhood of $500. The technician, Keith, was able to upgrade the old system by installing an updated circuit board, a wireless transmitter, and a new battery. He checked out all the existing sensors, made sure the old key pads were working, setup the system and walked me through enabling and disabling the system. He was terrific! The cost was $150. I think the outcome says a lot about the integrity of EMCís people and the customer centric leadership of the organization.
