Honest, Guaranteed Quality
They've always done a fabulous job on our vehicles. We could get the work done cheaper elsewhere, but not with the quality and guarantee we get with Good Works. All jobs have a set price/time (how long it SHOULD take)...if they spend 6 hours instead of the 3 listed, you get charged for 3. Plus, if something is not done right, they fix it. My mother-in-law had something fail on her truck after they fixed it and Good Works paid the $500 towing bill out of the mountains and fixed the problem for no extra charge.
Nobody is perfect, but if they screw up, they admit it and make it right if given the opportunity. But the screw-ups are few and far between.
