Happy Landlord

I had a thermostat and heat pump problem at a rental house I own in Gwinnett County. I called Snappy on Sunday and they came out on Monday and got everything working that day. I only spoke with the technician via telephone, but he clearly explained the issues with my system. Their customer service department was excellent. I had some unusual circumstances and they were wonderful with making everything as easy as possible. No one in my family had used Snappy before this and I can tell you that we will be using them going forward. My family has 5 rental properties and I will be sure to call Snappy the next time we need service!
