I have used Greg Spencer since 1993, when he inspected my first house. When I was buying a house in 2000, I went and found him, and found him again this year. He does a great job, is very thorough, his reports are excellent and very useful in determining what inspection items need to be fixed and what doesn't. Building Knowledge should be your first and only call for an inspection.
