Frazier Plumbing Service

Very disappointed.

The first time I had a job done, I was pretty pleased. Even though it took a while to get an appointment scheduled, the final price was 1/4 of the original estimate. I thought that was very honest and it's hard to find an honest company these days. However, currently, I have a leak and I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance. When I called to confirm the day before, I got no response--just voicemail. The day of the appt, I got no response--just voicemail. When I called the main phone number, I got a call back saying they couldn't reach Caleb either but said they'd have him call him me. I never heard back from him. I have to go with another company as my water bills in East Atlanta are $200/month without the leak. I'd give 1 star if it wasn't for the first positive experience.
