Syed, Imran A MD

So glad I found Dr. Syed

I'm so thankful I found this practice. Dr. Syed's office is very small, but I get to speak to someone each time I call instead of leaving a message. Upon my initial visit, Dr. Syed did extra testing to determine why I was so tired. He found some things that two previous Endocrinologists have not discovered. I am so thankful that I am going to feel alive again!!

I wanted to like him- Beasley III

Upon my initial visit, I knew I had Grave's disease. Dr. Beasley III discussed this with me and together we determined the best course of treatment. However, once I began anti-thyroid medication I (as a grown woman) developed SEVERE acne all over my back. It was awful! On top of that, I was so exhausted I felt like I was going to pass out 24 hours a day. In my subsequent visits, I expressed my concerns with Dr. Beasley but I kept on taking the same medication with no additional testing for my exhaustion. Upon my 6th month, I at least talked him into referring me to a dermatologist of which I got 5 Rx's and they didn't help :( I then called another endocrinologist in town and guess what, they did extra blood work and I have severe anemia, B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies...all which would make someone exhausted. I really wanted to like Dr. Beasley, III but I don't feel like he listens to what his patients are saying and most often I felt like I was running down the hallway to speak with him :(
