Very polite and professional!

Frank is super-polite and conscientious. We had an upstairs bathroom pipe burst that caused our downstairs kitchen ceiling to cave in. Frank came out quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote that allowed our upstairs carpet to be dried in place, without the hassle of removing padding. He is very well-equipped to both detect moisture (hey, nice infrared camera!), and to dry out wet areas thoroughly. Paul Rockwell is a kind, thoughtful, and intelligent man who is very considerate of the customer!! Let me explain: 1) My wife received none of the condescending attitude that is stereotypical of automotive shops--he spoke to her in the same friendly manner that he spoke to me. 2) His insistence that I go to the dealer for compensation on a known defective engine problem saved me hundreds of dollars (about a thousand, actually) when he could have simply taken the work himself. 3) Actual service prices that I've been charged were lower than what he quoted.

Not really Happy...

I hired this cleaning service to clean two properties. First property-cleaner did a great job, but showed up a day late and let her boyfriend in to wonder around my house while she cleaned, I don't want strangers wondering around my house! Second property-same cleaner, I gave her verbal instructions to let herself in using the key under the mat, she said "okay", I showed up 30 minutes after she was supposed to start cleaning and she was still sitting in the driveway saying "no one has come to let me in"...Hmmm..She also did not clean the kitchen floor..Like I said..not too happy..

Lying Mechanic

We went to GPH for 100,000 check up on our CRV. Not only did they refuse to honor the coupon that the receptionist said they would when they booked our appointment, they flat out lied about the state of our brakes. They claimed that our brakes needed a total overhaul costing $495. We took it for two other second opinions from certified mechanics. Both Mechanics stated that our brakes were perfect, they just needed a adjustment in the brake line. (less than $30 service)

Best Dentist in Town

Dr Afferica and his office (run by his wife Cindy) is the best Dentist that I've found anywhere. They are upfront and honest. Dr. A. is a gentle giant. Everytime you go you see the same hygenist, so that you can develop a relationship with someone. Fantastic!
