Good Service Dept. , Difficult Sales Experience
I've bought two cars from Ed Voyles Chrysler over the past 20 years and taken them and others in for service countless times. Both sales experiences where difficult. Both times they tried to pass-off cars with flat-spots on the tires from sitting on the lot so long. On the second sale, I insisted they be changed prior to delivery. I was passed from one salesman to another. I intended to purchase a Chrysler warranty but when a third party warranty was substituted in the final papers without my knowledge, I declined the warranty altogether. Their documentation fee is absurdly high, especially compared to CarMax who charges only $149. I wish they'd improve the sales experience.
On the other hand, their Chrysler service department is the best in town. The usually find and fix the problem on the first time. Sometimes they find other, important things. Not just superficial add-ons. Their service prices are reasonable compared to other dealerships.
