On time to survey the job, on time to perform the work, on time to check traps.
Some work was not completed as indicated on the contract and foam sealer installation very sloppy. Contacted the company that evening and received a returned call the next business day in the a.m. Work crew was dispatched immediately to correct the problems.
1. Ensure crew has the copy of the contract with all addendums added (ours had been faxed in after the salesman had left, so what had been added wasn't on the work crew's copy.) 2. Give them an opportunity to fix any service disconnects.
Experience turned out quite positive because they immediately responded to the service issues.
