Complete Care For Women PC posted on 3/11/2014
Didnt listen to me
I've been going to this office for 8 years and they have always been great to me. Recently I had some hormonal issues and stopping using the pill. I came in with these concerns during my annual checkup to Nurse Pryor and she didn't really hear me out. She refused to do some of the testing I requested and tried to refer me to a General Practitioner. Why would I go to them for hormonal issues? It seems like the OBGYN would be more appropriate. Her attitude could have been much kinder and understanding, which is very surprising because she is usually a very sweet person. It was really disappointing to not be taken seriously and I sadly wont be returning to the office in the future.

Helpful and friendly!
Our refrigerator has been having problems keeping temperature so I called Always Affordable. I was sad to hear that they dont service our area, but they were nice enough to stay on the phone and troubleshoot what the problem could be and then recommend someone in my area to call. My husband was actually able to go purchase a thermostat and replace it himself and now the fridge seems fine! So, these guys saved us a lot of money by just being friendly and helpful even though it didnt really benefit them. Thanks!

Disappointed...
I started going here because it was supposed to be a great place for customer service and a great doctor. The first is not the case at all, the second is. I had been into the office 1-2 other times and the staff barely takes a moment to look up from their computers to greet you. Fine, I could deal with that...because the doctor was friendly and took lots of time with each patient. Today when I called to get an appointment for some pretty severe seasonal allergy symptoms of the eyes. I was told sorry, the doctor doesn't come in on Wednesday. No more, no less. I thought about it for a few minutes and called back to ask, why that wasn't on their website and why they bother being open if there are no appointments and no doctor in on Wednesdays. They said they could refer me out, but neither place was on my insurance. So best case scenario I would have had to transfer my records somewhere else just for one visit. Instead Im left to either scratch my eyes out for another 24 hours at least or go to an entirely different eye doctor, get a brand new exam. I guess I should have planned 2 days ago to tell my eyes to wait. I understand people need a day off, but have a backup doctor in your office that day, or just be closed. When you are such a great eye doctor, whether you are available when your are needed or not, train your staff to at least be a little more friendly and courteous. I think Im done going here because uncaring staff and poor availability ruined it for me.

Horrible Experience
I have a smaller house that needed a light cleaning. Had very few heavily soiled spots from my cats. Tech was to show between 3PM and 5PM. At 4PM he calls to say he's running late and will arrive at 5PM, not great but no biggie. At 5:45 he calls and says he cant find me...I had given him very specific directions earlier which he chose to ignore. A few minutes later he shows up in an unmarked truck with no uniform or identification. I had been quoted $135 for the whole house and couch. After looking over my house he quotes $228 not including my sofa! I remind him that I had not requested additional services and he continued to sell me upgrades. After going back and forth for a few minutes and not getting the price I was originally quoted I asked him to leave. It was only then that he offered to give me the original price and he offered to pretreat everything for free since he was late. If you have to highly anger your customer and have them ask you to leave before you offer what they originally wanted and then some, there is a problem! After he finally agreed to leave I called and left a message with the office that I had canceled the service, wouldn't be rescheduling it but would like a call back so I could report what had happened. Edited to add: Got a very apologetic call back and a $50 credit. Was told that the tech should have had on a uniform and not acted that way. Still, such a bad experience that I will not be using them in the future.
