You get what you pay for; but not in this instance
Mr. Duffy must have called us 10 times to solicit our business after I inquired online. The conversations were extensive, promising service, service, service. He convinced us to use their ala carte service to sell our house. As Clark Howard says it was ala carte 'no service'. Don't waste your money. It would not have been that much more to go with a full service reputable real estate company and we would have probably come out better financially. They send out automatic emails to you during the selling, negotiating and closing process, every one of them too little too late. The one time I personnally talked to Rhonda Duffy she started the conversation with "I only have a minute, hurry up and tell me what you want." Taken aback by that greeting it took me a second to regain my composure, but she filled it with,"I am in the car and do not have time to wait." If we had not been around this block several times, we would not have made a cent. Also they insisted we use their closing attourneys, Pattan & Fletcher, LLC and that was the worst business experience we have ever had. Look them up on this sight for details.
