Third time is a charm

Counting the initial purchase of my house 10 years ago, We've had our wood floors sanded and varnished three times. Builder's Floor Covering just completed the refinishing of my floors and did an extrodinary job. Even though they used a dustless sanding system, they covered up our paintings and other things that hang on our walls, and they put up a poly barrier between our family room which is carpeted and the areas they worked on. They thoroughly cleaned our floors before applying varnish with each sanding, and there were three. Our wood floors look the best they have ever looked. Builder's Floor Covering's price was the best giving us the best value in the market.
