Eko Fresh Cleaning

Avoid- only did half of the job

Per the voucher they were to clean all vents and returns. They refused to do the vents and tried to up charge for the cleaner that is also included in the voucher ( they did not use the cleaner) Also - it is not Eco clean that shows up- it is someone they contract with. They were relatively clueless and tried to tell me that my returns were vents and that houses usually have one return. Total rip off. update: 6/5/14- I called them and they were supposed to come out today between 1-4pm to complete the job. They did not show and have not returned calls. I will be reporting them to the BBB. 6/6/14- in response to your reply. umm- yeah- I said they were creepy?- That's totally why I would reschedule and wait for them in my house from 1-4pm to finish cleaning the other 1/2 of the ducts they didn't do the first time. Seriously? Just own up to the fact that you are a fraud. Is that why you didn't answer the phone or return the call when I called to ask why they did not showed. Why run a kudzu deal if you have no intention of providing the advertised service?

wow- they must've paid for the other reviews.

The most dishonest, customer service lacking outfit I have EVER dealt with. My car is older- 2003 and I was rear ended. The person who caused the accident had low budget insurance which was difficult to deal with. Brent assured me that my car would be repaired with all new parts and that I would be called every few days with an update about my car. The initial estimate was that it would take 2 weeks. Two and 1/2 weeks later, no call. I called and was able to find out that they had no idea when my car would be ready. When it was finally returned a month later, I was surprised to see that used parts were listed on my invoice. These parts were placed on my car without my prior consent or knowledge. I was told that they would do what they could to make it better, but they were not going to replace the part. BEWARE OF JIM ELLIS DEALERSHIPS!!! This is the second awful experience I have had with them (the last one was with the service department). I should have known better. Now my job is to educate everyone out there about my experience.

used to be better

Have to call multiple times after the quarterly service for pest control. They never return calls.Used to provide excellent customer service and I never saw a bug- for awhile I was calling once a week. I wonder if they're even treating.

worst cleaning service ever

Showed up 40 minutes late for the initial cleaning. Skipped 1/2 of the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the blinds and the windowsills. Knocked items off a shelf and left them on the floor. Were supposed to clean the refrigerator and stove- didn't do it. Were supposed to return that evening to finish the job- never showed up. They then lied and said they tried to return and no one was home. Then they had the nerve to request close to full payment. Very unprofessional. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.
