Poor Service Experience
Recently had a poor experience where they replaced a gas cap, then a month later my car failed an emissions test due to the gas cap. The service rep refused to replace the gas cap and insisted there was no problem with it. I had to go buy another cap from an auto supplies store, and after that I passed the emissions test fine. When I bought the gas cap from the auto supplies store, I found out that Jim Ellis Mazda charge more than 3 times what I paid at the auto supplies store. This particular service rep was very rude. I refuse to go back to a place like this where I am treated rudely.
