Great Service- very impressed
They called, as stated, 30 minutes prior to arriving. I asked that they call back when they arrived so I could give them access to our gate, which was no problem for them. The next day I got a thank you card from them- which is a great touch that you don't see often these days

Amazing
We had Botany Bay as our florist for our wedding. Candice did an outstanding job and the color and arrangements looked fabulous. We were not disappointed at all with our decision. And they were all so easy to work with.

Never showed up...
I had an appointment scheduled to have someone come out for a quote-a time that was best for them. They never showed up, I never got a call cancelling or rescheduling, and when I called their main number I got a voicemail every time.
