A great little gym for everyone to try
I've got to echo the other reviewer - the crossfit based workouts are tough but excellent. They really work to make you stronger and you will absolutely lose weight if you come here regularly.
The best part of the gym are the other clients - folks ranging from teenagers to grandmothers all trying to improve their level of fitness and health.
I can't recommend this experience enough. I've been going for 5 months and I've lost over 15 lbs according to the scale. What that number doesn't tell you is how much body fat I've lost and how much lean muscle I've put on. I've gone down 2 pants sizes and I'm about to have to shopping for new clothes yet again! I've gotten comments from literally everyone as to how much better I look and I feel excellent.
