Con Air Net Refrigeration

One of a kind

It was about 9 o'clock Friday night and my fridge went out. This is my first place and first catastrophe! I didn't know who to call especially since it was past most working store hours. I called around for anyone opened. I hoped for the best and got the best of best. This guy picked up immediately. His friendly understanding tone calmed me down enough so that I could describe the situation. "it seems like the fridge stopped but the light is still on". He proceeded to ask further questions and remedies to see if it was a quick fix so that I could save money. How about that? He was actually concerned on helping me to save money. That kind of service is rare! I was already expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a fridge repair. after some discussion i was ready to have him make the trip. Next came the amazing thing to me. The fridge started to work!! I called him and told him the news to find out that was normal. He explained to me how every 8 hrs or so the fridge defaults to a warm setting to keep from over-freezing. What a crazy predicament! It was comical. He was so friendly and helpful I ended up talking and learning much more than I thought . He went over and beyond. And I did not spend a dime even for his time (I swear I didn't mean that to rhyme) I will always remember that and be a loyal customer. Thanks a lot :)
