Great Grooming Experience

We take our Schnauzer mix here for grooming every 2 to 3 months. She always looks great afterwards. Dave, the groomer, takes time to listen to instructions on how we want the fur to look and gives very helpful feedback and suggestions. The price is about average for a medium sized dog. The staff at the store is helpful and friendly.

Far East Motor Works

Relentless In Diagnosis

The wife and I have been taking our cars to Far East for years. Gordon and the gang at Far East recently worked on my wife's 2004 Honda Civic that was having electrical issues. The problem was difficult to pinpoint due to the issue being intermittent. They kept us updated on the progress of the repair daily. We got the car back fully functional and at a very fair price considering they had to pull the dashboard apart several times.

The Pet Set - Buckhead

Very Happy Cat and Owner

The wife and I recently took our eight year old pride and joy, Mashi, to the Pet Set for a shave. We have had a hard time finding a decent cat groomer in the Atlanta area and was referred to the Pet Set by a friend. Darryl came out to meet Mashi and to get an idea of how we wanted his fur to look. He was absolutely wonderful with Mashi and made me feel very comfortable with leaving him there. When we went to pick Mashi up at the scheduled time, we had to wait almost thirty minutes over the time they gave us. The customer service from the clerks in the shop was very lacking. Mashi was brought to us in his carrier. He was set on the ground very abruptly and his carrier tipped over. The clerks did not seem to care that the cat was flipped over in his carrier. The clerk walked away without a "thank you" or "good bye". This left me with a sour taste in my mouth, but Mashi seemed very relaxed and happy with the overall experience at the groomer, so I let it go.

We Love Our Windows!

After dealing with another local company that absolutely fumbled every step of selling us replacement windows, my wife and I contacted Exovations. The sales person came out to our house, took measurements and gave us a price on the replacements. Exovations did not call the next day for a commitment. In fact, they did not call until three days later asking if we had time to go over their estimate. I appreciated this low pressure sales approach versus the high pressure tactics used by other companies. During the time of the process, we experienced a flood in our basement due to a busted pipe. My wife and I decided to hold off on getting the windows replaced while we worked on the basement. Exovations understood our plight and did not harass us at all during this time. Six months went by and we received a call from Exovations every six weeks or so to check up on us. Towards the end of 2010, we received a call from our sales person letting us know that the $1500 tax credit would be expiring. We had the estimate reworked by Joy and the price came in less than before. We committed to get the new windows. 2 weeks later, Tony and the guys had the windows installed. It took them one day to install them, by the way. Six months later and we still love our windows. I took one star away from service because we are still finding glass shards in our yard and flower beds, but no biggie :)

Great Neighborhood Vet

Drs Silverman and Nachamkin have been treating our dogs and cats for over five years now. We have been very happy with the service that we receive from the vets. The entire staff is very professional and friendly.
