If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a chance to use Eko Cleaners for one of the "Great Deals." It was the worst experience ever. I purchased this "deep" clean for my birthday present to myself. The crew was 2 1/2 hours late coming to my home and spent part of their time in my house taking calls and booking other jobs. I ended up cleaning my house side by side with the cleaning resources that were sent. I had to show them everywhere they did not clean and then CLEANED along with them to show them how it should be done. They ended up leaving my house with cleaning products left on the bed along with unfinished work and dirty floors. As a result of them WATCHING me clean MY house, the owner even had the nerve to offer me a job. How inappropriate is that? When it was pointed out to them how bad of a job they did, the owner gave me excuse after excuse (i.e., we had other jobs before you; we are tired; it has been a long day; etc.). You hire people to do a job --NOT to hear complaints about things that have no relevance to the service one is paying for. I expected these folks to come into my house and do a professional job of cleaning like any other cleaning service. I have pictures of the bad job that they did. I want a refund for the poor service, bad attitude, and the fact that I CLEANED part of my house with them. BTW -- I found out the day after they left that they broke my vacuum cleaner. I was not informed that they broke an item in my home. NOT RECOMMENDED.
