Zerorez of Atlanta

Apparently they are too busy to respond by phone

I hired Zerorez to clean our carpets before our baby arrived. They came out and cleaned all the carpets and the stairs, but did charge extra for pet stains. Before leaving the guys were able to up sell my husband on cleaning our kitchen tile. It was VERY expensive. We do have a rather large kitchen, but the price exceeding 400 dollars. He was sold on the fact that it would look great for "Years to Come!" as they have also quoted on their website. Well, my baby is 9 months old and our floor looks no better than it did before we spent 400 bucks for years of beauty. What irritates me the most is that I have sent two emails, and I have called three times to discuss this with their customer service. I have yet to get any sort of response. I am always told they are very busy and that I will be called back. I started calling well before Thanksgiving, and I'm still calling. I called for the three room special of 120.00 and ended up shelling out over 700.00! We won't be using Zerorez again.

Smyrna Eye Group PC

Buyer beware

Beware Hidden Costs! When I walked in I was very impressed with their new office. Exam went well, but it was at check out that I decided I won't be returning to Smyrna Eye Group. The eye exam will run you $125, but if you wear contacts it's another $55.00. If you wear touric contacts it's another $55.00. If you go for the optomap it's another $30.00. All in all my exam cost over $300 bucks! I was extremely disappointed that they charged me $110.00 for a contact lens "fitting" even though I have been wearing contacts for 20 years, and tourics for 5. When I questioned the charge I was told that because I was a new patient I would have to pay for this fitting, even though I was prescribed the exact same lenses I walked in with. Further frustrating was the fact that they gave me two different samples because they didn't have the correct lens for my right eye. So I had to pay for a fitting that wasn't even done correctly? I will not be returning to Smyrna Eye Group.

Great Service in a pinch

We had a new roof installed and the roofers nailed through one of the AC lines. It was 90 degrees outside and we had no AC. The roofing company sent out their guys who said it was at least a day long job and they couldn't start until Monday! (It was Saturday). I called Casteel, got someone on the phone right away and we had AC later that night. Thai was a fabulous technician. Had no issues fixing the AC even though he had to cut hole in our wall and then climb through it to get to the line that was punctured. I just recommended Casteel to a friend and will continue to do so! Thank you Casteel and ESPECIALLY thanks to Thai! #66216

Breda Pest Management

Love Breda!

I have been using Breda for about five years and have never had a bad experience! They have always come when scheduled, and Tom Anderson is a fabulous technician. he is very knowledgeable about the different kinds of insects and how to keep them at bay. I would and often do recommend Breda Pest Management.
