Beware !!!!
I have had a streak of bad luck lately with my car and it continues. I had to go out of town on an emergency, so i wanted to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Went here because I live nearby. Waited an hour and a half. The cost for synthetic oil change and tire rotation was 108.00.When got in car windshield fluid not added because my light was still on, so just did it myself when I got home. Drove out of state next day and left my car in my families driveway for 3 days. When returned, relative pointed out my oil was leaking. Took to dealer down street before I got back on highway to come home. They said the oil plug not put on tight and oil was leaking. If someone had not pointed it out to me I would have never noticed until my engine blew up I guess. Just sloppy service, what a joke. They gave me my money back.

I posted the review below " Inexcusable Treatment " and for good reason. I received an apology letter via certified mail ONLY after posting my experience on this web site. It was a letter full of excuses and reasons for my experience. Most of what is in this letter was never communicated to me. For example, he stated that he offered to put my old converter back on to see if odor was coming from new converter or the "crayon smell" Really ? That is a lie. That is not what happened. He NEVER mentioned any of that. He said bring car back to have old part put back on and refund me my money for that part. That is what happened. He said in his apology letter he was not trying to wash his hands of the situation, but that is EXACTLY what he did. I told him on the phone that I would bring my car in the next morning but I decided I didn't want them working on my car anymore. The bottom line is that they do not want a negative review even though they deserve it and there is NOTHING about my experience that speaks of " Award winning service " that they claim. Again, I never received any apologies along the way and just basically no respectful,helpful communications. It's called being " nice " and " professional ". I hope this is a wake up call for them that just because you have satisfied customers you can't just coast on that and not be respectful and courteous to ALL of your clients
