Service Dept NOT so great!
I took my car in for a simple Oil change & decided to get the synthetic oil package which suppose to include oil change, tire rotation & 27 multi inspection. I made an appoint for 9am. Took my car in at 9am, however didn't leave the dealership until 12:30pm. It took them over 2 hours to pull my car into the garage only after I inquired with Rick on the status and his reply was "I was so busy, I didn't have time to check". I thought I would be in and out within an hour or 1 hr 1/2 which is reasonable not 3.5 hours later. I saw my car go into the garage, put on the lift, however I didn't see the tech inspect much nor rotating any tires. After the service, I was simply shown the cashier, I didn't get a multi-inspection sheet letting me know of my fluid level, brake thickness (which should be done especially when they supposably take the tires off), etc. So I felt like I paid $80 for a simple oil change. I questioned Rick and told him that I watched my car the entire time, but he reassured me that it was done. So since my car wasn't washed in 2 weeks, I check the rims to see if there were any fingerprints or wipe marks which should be there if you take tires off but there were none, the dirt was still nicely covering the entire rims which let me know that tires were never touched. After complaining they offered to redo it, but honestly I don't trust their service anymore. Time to move to another company
