Estes fixed the problem ~Cooling System COOLING

UPDATE #2~6-13-2012. The cooling system has been installed and Tommie Estes made sure the cooling system was installed to our benefit. We did not have to pay more to make the error right. I am rating high inspite of the length of time it took to get this complete. UPDATE #1~5-29-2012 Tommie Estes, Owner contacted me and assured me the problem would be fixed. Installation Mgr visited the site today to assess the problem. 5-30-2012. I will keep u updated. ORIGINAL: I Called Estes Heating & Cooling on Monday, May 21,2012 to report my Zero satisfaction with installation of cooling system the same day to Sandra. I told her, the air installed is not cooling, and installers say we have to spend more money to properly cool the home, the installers left without completing the job. Sales person Chris perhaps did a poor estimate and did not check his estimate before install as he said. I am not happy to have to take time getting this company to get this right. However I am ready to be persistent to get what I paid in full for: A COOL HOUSE. I live in Cincy and dealing with them long distance, I selected them because they used to perform very good service calls when I lived in Atlanta. I'll keep you informed.
