Sebastian's Massage

Sebastians Massage-Decatur Square- unprofessional

I got the massage deal from Living Social. in Decatur Square I called at least 10 times before the woman finally called me back. Their message states that we should text to make an appointment, however, I do not have text! I made an appointment and had to cancel due to an emergency. I made another appointment. I specifically asked for a male therapist. The place was REALLY difficult to find and it cost $10 to park. At the place, I was given a female therapist and reluctantly went into the room. We could not talk other than a whisper because there was another person being given a massage in the same room. divided by a curtain, nor could I turn on the light brighter to see anything since it would have disturbed the other person behind the curtain. By this time, I asked to reschedule another time when I could get a male therapist. I left the room and was physically escorted to the elevator by the Owner and when I asked to re-schedule, she said that she would have to talk to Living Social before she could reschedule me. I asked her why, but she did not answer me. I asked when she would contact me and she said "soon", in a day or two. I have , subsequently called her five times and no return call. (its been over two weeks now) I , therefore, called Living Social and asked for my money back. How can these people run a business like this and expect the clients not to post on Yelp and other blogs when they are so 'unprofessional'....not even bothering to call me back

Horrible business sense.

Had appt scheduled before big Birthday party and vacation.. Renee left message on phone machine cancelling me 2 hrs prior. She asked to reschedule the following day. I called back immediately and asked what time the next day,e-mailed. she never returned my messages. Later found out that she 'texted' me.(don't have text on my phone). She was absolutely rude. After she found out I had a "daily Deal", she wrote: (copied and pasted) "I would have made a greater effort only because I would not want to ruin a good relationship with Daily Deal as they are great NORMAL, RATIONAL people. DO YOU KNOW THART WHEN YOU TYPE IN ALL CAPS it means you are yelling? It is considered very rude. Not professional whatsoever. If intimidation is your strong suit then you must be a very unhappy person" This is from a business person!! Insulting a potential client that she has not even met yet. Her attitude and communication are dreadful. She prevented me from making plans two days of my life and I did not get my hair done for my special party and vacation.

Very disappointed

bought certificate thru Living Social Deal. intended to use the cert value for massage. 1.5 hr (90 min) massage to be the value.130pm, to Massage room upstairs. Normally, Therapist asks you to turn over at midpoint. When she did, I:that didn't seem like 45 minutes of my 90 minute massage" She didn't reply. After more time, she said "well, we are done". Since one doesn't wear watch nor have clock you lose track of time. I:what time. She:230pm. I told her I had a 90 minute. she: "I was told that it was hour massage" I explained misinformation, that it was indeed supposed to be 90 minutes. So, she said, "then, do you want more hands & feet? I said "Whatever you want will be fine". After a few minutes more (once again, it is hard to know the time when you are lying on the table with no clock and no perception of time) She: "we are done...You can lay here, relax, take your time" However, I knew that I had another appointment right after. So,got up, dressed, washed hands and went downstairs. When downstairs, the clock said 17 minutes before 3pm. asked where the Therapist went and no one knew. I: "Didn't you see her leave? The door right in front of you" replied there was a back door. I asked to talk Owner or Manager.none available. I left my info asked that someone call me ASAP.This occurred on a Saturday afternoon....by Thursday afternoon, no one called me back. Since this site only allows 250 words, you can go to YELP.com and see the rest of the story.

Poor people skills from Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Andi exhibited poor people skills when I went in for my treatment. While she was ultrasounding my foot, I attempted to make conversation with her. I asked her what gym she went to and she said "that is not relevant to what we are doing."
