Great service, fair and honest, but confirm costs

Our A/C went out over the weekend while we were out of town. I called several companies and they couldn't come for several days and couldn't give me a good estimate of charges. I called these guys and Sean said he'd be out the morning after we returned. I looked at the unit myself and thought it might be the capacitor, as I had replaced it a few years ago. Sean came out and quickly diagnosed it as the same. He had to go get the part (it was an unusual size) and then suggested cleaning the unit, too, which hadn't been done in 12 years. Only issue was price--he had said $65 for service call and $35 for cleaning (after I asked). He didn't mention how much installing the capacitor would be--it's a $15 part I've replaced myself, but he charged $185 to install it. When I asked, he said it was a flat rate for similar parts. It seems like a lot of money for something that seriously takes a few minutes to pop in. He did offer a $20 discount before I even brought up this issue, but I would've expected maybe $75-80 for the capacitor. Overall: super nice guy, very quick and professional, honest.
