Great American Landscape Co Inc.

Not Great for us!

The first time they were to come, they called afer they were due and told us their truck had broken down; they needed to reschedule. The second time we got a call at the final hour, and were told they needed to come later. We waited another couple of hours and they never showed or called, at all. The woman in their office said, “They didn’t come?” “No, and nobody called either.” She apologized and said she would speak to the manager. Once again we rescheduled. I told her we had babies and it would be better after 10am. We arranged for them to come between 10-12. The fourth time, they called and woke us at 8am and said they were coming in about an hour, which would have been 9am. They were supposed to come between 10-12. I was desperate and said just to come on. When they FINALLY showed up, the main guy said he didn’t appreciate being treated that way (by my husband over the phone); that it was “disrespectful.” I just about fell over but tried not to lose my cool. I told him what we wanted and to do it priority-wise, in the order I had told him. They didn’t do this. They did things I said weren’t as important, over things I had said to do first. Basically our experience with the Great American landscape Co, Inc. was pretty much a nightmare I definitely do NOT recommend Great American Landscape Co.
