Precision Appliance Service Co.

Affordable and Expert!

My Whirlpool wall oven (only 8 yrs young) lost power the week before Thanksgiving. Luckily, the needed part (electronic control panel) was available. He got in touch almost immediately, was able to replace the part on the same day, and I'm back in business with baking. Very professional and knowledgeable--I recommend him and will use him again if I have another appliance breakdown. From what he told me of current large appliances, we can all expect them to need repair or replacement when they turn about 5 years. Not welcome news, but how would they keep selling appliances if they lasted 10-15 years?

Superb Service

Emailed request for service on Sunday night, got called they were on the way on Monday morning, and an email confirming they would arrive by 8:30. Can't ask for more responsive service. Technician Jay Haynes was professional, efficient, and explained everything. Hoped for tune-up turned out to be need for new garage door opener--which he had and installed within 90 minutes. Got the wireless keypad replaced, too. He programmed door openers in my cars and two years of frustration getting door to open and close are over. I'm totally satisfied. The safety manager also came by to check that the work was done well. Kudos to this company!

Honest, efficient, and quality work. Before I became a regular, Fred checked the undercarriage of my Avalon, found a small hole, and sealed it--for free. Estimate for the 90,000 mile maintenance was $500 less than the dealer--who wanted to do it at 60,000 miles (really, it was too early). Wish they would work on Infiniti's, too....
