Excellent, very pleased!

We had our basement carpeted and hired Excel after a friend recommended them. They were very helpful when they came out for an estimate, and patient with our indecision! When our basement flooded and we had to postpone the installation on the day of, they were kind and didn't charge us any extra for that. When we resolved our water issues and finally were able to get the carpet installed, the workers were on-time (even early!) and fast, and very professional. We will definitely use them again if we have any carpeting needs in the future.

Great service, slightly overpriced

I have brought my car here frequently in the past 5 or so years. I find that their prices are slightly on the high side, but they are reliable and professional. They have gone out of their way to help me when I have my baby with me, which I appreciate.

Very impressed

We were having some foundation problems due to poor stormwater drainage and so we had Trotter come out to give us an estimate. The guy who came out was prompt, very professional, and took a thorough look at our house, even going all through the crawlspace. He was very upfront and honest, saying that our problem was something a general contractor and landscaping could handle. He explained in depth what he saw, and was so nice in answering my questions, even after he knew we wouldn't be hiring them! I appreciated that honesty so much!

Honest and great work

I have used Ming's off and on for the past 5 years. They have always been great! They are very honest about the problems with my car, and have never overcharged me, even charging me less than initial estimate because the problem wasn't as bad once they got in. I feel very comfortable going there. My only complaint is that their accent is thick, and sometimes hard to understand, especially when your knowledge of the subject is limited. However, you can't beat honesty so I continue to bring my car there.

Dr. Bleekrode is great (Roswell Location)

I have been using Dr. Bleekrode since my daughter was born 11 months ago, and I really like her. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I always feel that I get the best care from her. I have also seen Dr. Landry in the same office, and I don't care for her as much, so I try to get Dr. Bleekrode whenever possible. My only negative is that I've had issues with the office staff - namely, the main receptionist. I have found that when I run into a brick wall with her, if I keep calling back I might get someone else who is more willing to work with me. That is frustrating, but I like Dr. Bleekrode so much that I'm willing to put up with it.
