Please call someone else -don't waste your time
POOR customer service up front. I couldn't hardly get through to anyone, but when I finally did I was sorry I tried so hard. Their after hours line is useless. I was more than willing to pay the extra fees, but didn't even hear back from anyone. They didn't seem to answer their phones at 8AM on a work day either. I left a message then and didn't get a call once again. After several calls I finally got a hold of a woman who just berated me and told me how horrible I was after I expressed my concern about the difficulty in reaching someone. Immediately I got an earful, including the fact that she was canceling my service request and I could not get a word in. I finally had to hang up because she would not let me even speak. Perhaps if she would have calmed down she would have understood where I was coming from, but she had no idea. She is supposed to be in the customer service industry which means a calm explanation would have helped and maybe I would not have become so upset. Please make the wise choice and call someone else. I made sure my home warranty company has this information so they will not be used first again.
