Not as Advertised

I was really excited to have a chance to be able to rent a Mountain Bike and ride in the Reno area but it didnt turn out as advertised...bike was crap and the "short" ride to the trail turned into a 30 min (each way) ride to no where. Unlike the ad they didnt want to take me to the trail head...went back to hotel and called it quits. Never again and not recommended.
