Avoid this place
The man in charge, and likely part owner, embarrassed me, talked down to me, degraded my machines, didn't want my business and sent me elsewhere while laughing with his team at me. Highly unprofessional. I walked in as a new customer. Hearing about this place from another Yamaha Wave Runner owner and checking their impressive website, I thought I would start a new business relationship with them. Being a new owner of a couple of older model jet skis I had a list of items needed, tech questions, and wanted to set up some service appointments. The moment this guy (pictured in the white shirt of the service department on the web site) heard I had a list he laughed and said "Oh F**** here we go!" and turned to his technician and said "You better bend over hard he has a big one for you!" When he found out I had older models he said "I wish you would had asked me before buying these I would had told you to pass and get the faster newer ones. These belong in a museum." Well, if he would had thought about it he would had noticed that I also belonged in a museum. I wasn't after speed, just fun. My '95 wave raider 1100, with a wake-up kit installed and other performance enhancing upgrades and are plenty fast for me. I said " These skis are pretty fast." He blurted out laughing and spittle on me as he again addressed his service crew and said "Oh, his 95 is real fast! What do you think about that!" I actually maintained my composure and let t
